Our brewery specializes in English Cask style ales. Cask ale or cask-conditioned beer is naturally carbonated in the cask with some additional yeast and sugar added before secondary fermentation, this gives the beer more body and a much smoother taste and is served warmer than our traditional beer. Before forced carbonation came into play all English beers were served this way. We are bringing this unique style to two small mountain towns of North Carolina. Along with our Cask Ales we also brew a variety of flavorful Keg Ales using unique ingredients and hops. Cheers!
